I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214.

The bulk download used to work. In #2018 I show in detail how to tell VDH to do a bulk download. In my naivete I thought that was how you do things. But more recently in #2193 I tried it again & this time, I clicked the bulk download button. It failed. Bulk download used to work. I don't know when it started not working. I assume it's on the to do list. We have no idea when this will be corrected.
