if the app is demanding a payment you probably just need to revalidate your license key : https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/wiki/V9-interface#validate-your-license-key

You need to post your environment, something along these lines:

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit version 24H2 build 26100.4652, Firefox 141.0 64-bit, licensed VDH 9.5.0.2, CoApp 2.0.20

There's 4 pieces of information there, including release numbers. You need to post that for your environment.

You also need to post at least 1 URL of a web page hosting a video that you are having trouble downloading. Without your environment information & a URL, your problem report is not a problem report. Nobody can help you until you post a proper problem report.
