What's your issue?

Dear guys,

I am assuming you can sense my frustration from your "product".

I have just wasted over an hour trying to download a song from youtube, while using your "app".

Guys, nothing is clear on your website.

First, who use Chrome, we download your extension, which then says it does not work. Then we have to download Firefox, which it says it needs another extension; we install, which after this says it needs money; we pay you; then it still does not download the songs/videos.

I forgot to mention we have restart the laptops and what not, to figure out if something is not wrong on our end; then going into some forums on reddit and others just to conclude this "app" just does not work reliably.

Please fix your product if you want to charge money upfront; kindly refund.

I remember I used this app many years back; it was simple and easy and worked always - please bring that back.

First of all youtube was never allowed on chrome. It's not as simple as the app not working reliably.

Youtube is doing a lot of stuff on their side prevent downloading. If you download too much youtube blocks your ip.
