I purchased a license for the Chrome extension to download some videos from YouTube, but I’ve discovered that it's not supported on Chrome and requires now to use Firefox instead. However, the Firefox version requires a separate license.

If it's possible to transfer my current license to Firefox, that would be great. If not, I kindly request a refund.
