I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214.

You need to provide at least one, more if you think they might illustrate the problem better, URL of a web page where a video is hosted that you are having trouble downloading.

I notice you are using Chrome. You need to be aware that VDH for Chrome is contractually prohibited from downloading from YouTube. So if YouTube is where you're having trouble, just say so & we can close this.
