My name is David and I recently purchased a license for the Video DownloadHelper conversion feature. Unfortunately, I mistakenly purchased the license for Google Chrome, but I actually needed it for Mozilla Firefox, which is the only browser that allows me to download videos as intended.

Due to this mistake, I am currently unable to use the product for its intended purpose. I kindly ask if you could please transfer the license to Firefox, or alternatively, issue a refund so I can purchase the correct license.
