Video DownloadHelper 10.0 no longer detects videos on Digital Concert Hall

Hi,

I’ve been using Video DownloadHelper for a long time (many years!) to download videos from https://www.digitalconcerthall.com, (a classical concert video website) and it has always worked PERFECTLY.

However, after updating to version 10.0 recently, the extension no longer detects any videos on this site at all. This is very frustrating for me, as it’s a site I frequently use.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and let me know if there’s a workaround or a fix coming.

Hi,

I tried using Firefox as you suggested, but my purchased license key only works on Edge.
When I enter the same key in Firefox, it says it cannot be used there and is valid only for Edge.

Is there any way to transfer or reuse the license for Firefox, or do I have to purchase a new one?
