Hi,
I've launched a lot of downloads for Youtube vidoes. All but one downloaded correctly.
Now I see the error: "Download Failed : Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media".
How can I access details to understand which video failed and why? So that I can download it again?

I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214.

I believe your VDH history will have a record of the successful downloads. By a process of elimination, you'll be able to figure out what didn't work. But that depends on your having activated VDH history. I explained that when the history feature was released way back in #1070.

However, my personal practice is to keep open every window from which I'm doing a download. I verify each browser tab to see what happened with its download. Only after I know I have that file do I close that browser tab. If you've got one of those pages from which you are downloading a bunch of things, you have to keep meticulous track of everything you do. That would be OUTSIDE VDH. Tedious? Yes. Reliable? Yes. Should things be a little better in VDH? Yes. Hey, this is the way things are.
