Video Downloadhelper doesn't download long songs from Youtube

VDH gives a message that the download hasn't been successful. The stream is around 12 hours long, so maybe that's too long for VDH to download?

PS: The song at 47:40 is SO DAMN GOOD!!! ;)

I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214.

I regularly download stuff from YouTube that is about 1 hour long. I'm not going to download 12 hours of something I don't care about just as a test. But long content is not something that VDH limits. It would be really helpful if VDH kept an activity log while it was downloading. VDH uses ffmpeg, which generates extensive log information. If we could get access to that log, it would probably explain what happened to your download. Alas, we don't have that log. Maybe if enough of us beg for this (as I have in the past), it will appear as a feature of VDH. For now, it's a mystery. It's not VDH failing because the thing is long. It's something else but there's no hint what else.
