Download Failed!

Hi , My VDH detect the video at 1440p but failed to donwload this happens 2nd time , first happened few months ago but they rectify the issue within 1week , so now its already 5~6days still not problem im little frust because im using VDH to download many stuff with any issue , hope rectify it ASAP.

I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214.

You really ought to give at least 1 URL of whatever it is that is failing to download. On a hunch, let me recommend #2190. Maybe that covers your case.

This is happening to me as well, I was able to download one thing this morning but it seems to affect every youtube video today.

The psalm video downloaded for me. I chose the 4K MKV & it was no problem. I can't explain this. People are having inconsistent experiences with YouTube. The fact that retries almost always work, even if you have to wait until the next day, says VDH is not the problem. We don't know what the problem is but it does not appear to a problem with VDH. There might be something Paul can do about it but I wouldn't hold my breath.

You are on the latest version, aren't you? That would be 9.5.0.2. Somehow, your version number is missing from what you posted, but you're using the general availability version so I assume you're on 9.5.0.2. You're also using CoApp 2.0.19 which is also the latest version. What update are you expecting?

I thought earlier I saw someone post a coapp version of 2.0.20. I agree YouTube is acting weird

2.0.20 is in the place where all the CoApps are kept. I installed it when it appeared & then Paul told me it "wasn't ready for prime time" & I shouldn't talk about it too much. I don't think there's a lot that's different between 2.0.19 & 2.0.20. I've just kept it because I already had it when Paul said I shouldn't. It works. I seriously doubt it would have any effect on any problems anybody is having. I can say it has not broken anything as far as I can tell. Use it or don't. Your decision. Don't get your hopes up that it will help any.
