Private access unfortunately. Interestingly, demo videos on the promo page of learnigsuite.io seem to download just fine

It seems it just gives an error if I try to open the links in a new tab. Could you open one of those playlist.m3u8 links in a new tab.
If it doesn't error for you, then Firefox should download a file or you'll get a prompt. Save it as .txt and attach it here.

I get "Internal Server Errors" on all those links as well, unfortunately.

Interestingly, when I watch the Network Tab of Firefox' dev tools when a video is playing it looks like they seem to "stitch together" the video feed from individual GET requests, each with individual tokens and even filenames:

Ok I think it will be a process of elimination to work out the issue. What I want to you to do is check if the video is protected
with DRM or encryption. To check for DRM see the image. Is there an icon ?

So, when I have the site open and play a video it does not show a DRM icon, no.

No problem, the next thing to do is filter the network tab in the developer tools for m3u8. There will links for playlist/master/ &
playlist/variant/, I want you to right click on these links and click Save Response As. Save them as .txt files and attach the files
in reply your. This is to see if there is a protection on the videos.
