can i see which download failed?

I struggle to find out which download failed. Most of the time I keep the page open before the media is downloaded but sometimes I don't and sometimes it fails. I know about the history tab but that only shows completed downloads.

You're right. It's a problem. You just need to keep those windows/tabs open. There's no way around it . . . today. But a number of us have asked for better logging information. The more of us who ask, the better the chances are we'll get what we're asking for some day. Sometimes you don't keep the windows open? Nope. Not allowed. Remember to keep them open.
