Hi there. I was working with the app on Chrome, and everything worked perfectly. When purchasing the license, I didn’t notice that it was for Firefox. I installed Firefox, activated the license, but the app is not working properly: it downloads videos, but they don’t play — only a green screen appears. The companion app, etc., is installed. Chrome and Firefox premium are separate products with different prices and features.
What I can do is refund your Chrome premium so that you can purchase Firefox premium if you want to.
