Since becoming a full member of WCO and paid for the licence for downloaderhelp, i have been unable to download any video from WCO. I just get the message "download failed" Has anybody suffering the same problem, is there a workaround? Many thanks

Download failed

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!).

Yes, It is WCO, Watch Cartoons Online. I have used your product for years to download from here, with no issues. You then wanted me to upgrade to premium otherwise, I would only be allowed to download once every two hours. I liked the product, so I did. Since I upgraded, I get a download failed when I try to download from WCO. Can you sort please or refund my money? Regards Ken

I looked at something random which seemed to work. If it failed and you used the report button then the developer will look into it.

It certainly isnt working with mine. I have sent several failure messages.
