Hi, I am from the UK and I absolutely love your extension and can't thank you enough for it. However, I am unable to download from Youtube. Therefore, could we exchange the licence and pay the difference, as it is still better than getting a new licence? I bought this a few months ago and I have no intention of returning it. I can still download videos using other platforms, but I would rather pay the difference to you guys and get it done, as it is very reliable. If you could solve the YouTube download issue for me, then there is no need for me to exchange too!
