What's your issue?

I tried downloading from YouTube, but it didn’t work. Why didn’t you inform me about this when I purchased the Chrome browser? YouTube isn’t working. I also tried using the license with the Mozilla browser, but that didn’t work either.

Please let me know if there’s an alternative approach. Someone received a refund and purchased it again for the Mozilla browser.
