Lifetime Chrome License – Extension Removed, Request Solution

What's your issue?

I purchased a lifetime license for Video DownloadHelper for Chrome on 07/05/2024.

The Chrome extension has been removed, making it impossible to use. As this is a lifetime license, I should not be disadvantaged by the discontinuation of the product on Chrome.

Chrome Extensions and YouTube Warning

Unfortunately, the Chrome Web Store does not allow extensions to download YouTube videos, so we were unable to include this feature in the Chrome extension version.

You can use Video DownloadHelper to download YouTube videos in the Firefox version.
