VDH not working with Bunny hosted videos

Hi, VDH keeps getting stuck when downloading Bunny hosted videos. It starts downloading but then stops at around 4%. The problem is on both Chrome & Firefox

Version 9.5.0.2 (stable), target mozilla, locale en-US.

Companion App installed (v2.0.19)

If you want proper help, you need to provide a proper problem description. That would include at least 1 URL of a web page where anybody could find a video to download. But if it's a site that requires a registration & login, that would be a problem. I hope your content is not behind such a login.

Actually, yes the video is behind a login but never had this issue before. I know the videos are hosted on Bunny.net, I even inspected the URL and got that but still no joy. It's really weird that it starts downloading but then just stops after a few %

Tried all the alternatives, they don't work am afraid. Is this being resolved by the App Devs? @jcfrog?

I got the id of the bunny url which isn't membership dependant, is that ok?

I figured out the issue.

The UK implemented some kind of online safety act a few days ago which was when I started getting this issue.

Once I go through a VPN the videos now download properly.
