After purchasing lifetime license, not detecting

I tested downloadhelper before purchasing, and it worked for the site I needed it for. It was able to detect any video I played on a paysite. Not sure I can post it here but it starts with Fan and ends with sly.
Now that the license is installed, the app is not detecting any videos on the same site. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and exiting Firefox and restarting. No luck.

FYI. The 'cat' addon is 'catching' every video play click. It just can't combine video and audio links. That is why I tested downloadhelper. It worked so I wanted to support the app and bought a lifetime license. Then it started 'not' working.
