What's your issue?

I recently purchased the Chrome version of the video-downloaderhelper in the hopes of downloading edubit videos. However, Video Download Helper always displays an error showing that it failed to download that specific media when I am trying to download edubit videos. As a result, I kindly request a refund for my Chrome license.
