When I'm running several parallel downloads, sometimes I get:

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media.

However, there's no indication of which download failed, and I think the download entry even disappeared.

So, it's really frustrating that I'm being told that a download failed, but including no details about which download was it.

Could this be improved, please?

If a link to the page where the download was initiated could be included, even better!
