Videos that I download have wrong framerate, instead of 30 fps, it is some random number that is smaller, like 29.99, 26,67, 28, etc....

Hi, what could be interfering with my downloaded videos that they are not the full framerate, is it a setting in the program, could Avast antivirus be the cause ? The videos are HLS format. I have tried changing settings, and I havent found a setting that makes the videos full 30 fps. I have it setup so that there are 50 simultaneous downloads, so that I use my full 1 gigabit internet connection. Thank you for any help.

Addon & CoApp version and details

I am using Google Chrome in Windows 10, addon is version 9.5.0.1, and CoApp is version 2.0.19. I am using CoApp for the downloads, because if I use Chrome, it makes a large temporary folder on my C drive, except I could move the temporary folder to a bigger HDD drive, maybe that would solve the problem ?

VDH doesn't change the frame rate, if it's 29.99 on the website that's what you'll get. You could say 29.99 is pretty much 30 fps.
