Can't Download Youtube Videos On Edge

I tried downloading a youtube video on edge and it said Download failed. I tried it on other videos and didn't work as well. So, what gives?

Did you download too many videos ? There is a theory that if you do that youtube will block the ip address.
See #2190, some claim deleting youtube cookies helps. If not try changing ip with a vpn.

I just went to check to see if I can't download still and I was able to download again like it was all fine. I have a couple of guesses as to why that is but I am not sure. I was dealing with something else and had deleted some cookies and caches on other websites as well as disabling and reenabling the extension from the Edge settings. Not sure if any of that helped it.
