Trouble with Downloads in Chrome and Firefox

I purchased access for both Chrome and Firefox.
• On Chrome, I can’t download from YouTube at all — the option doesn’t even appear.
• On Firefox, it worked for the first three downloads, but then it stopped. Now the icon is greyed out, and I can’t get it working again.

Am I missing a setting or a step here? Any advice would be really appreciated!

Sorry for this. Youtube has changed things again. We are working on more robust version for Youtube.
Meanwhile you can try to clean your Youtube cookies, or use a VPN.
