Can I transfer my Video DownloadHelper premium license to another computer?

Hi, I purchased a Video DownloadHelper premium license for $20. It’s currently activated on one of my machines, but I’d like to know if I can transfer it to another computer. Is there a way to deactivate it on the old machine and re-use the same license key on a new one?

The short answer is yes. You can use your VDH license simultaneously on all the computers you own now & all the computers you will ever own until you die. There is no need to deactivate it on one computer before activating it on another. Just be aware that after 8 installs cumulative total on all devices, your license will get locked. That is supposed to trigger an E-mail containing a link you click. That is supposed to unlock the license. The locking is meant as a way to prevent your friends & family & random strangers from using your license. Those people all need to buy their own licenses. The locking isn't foolproof but it's a step. It's perfectly routine to encounter a locked license & equally routine to unlock it yourself.

When I say family, I mean family not living in the same household with you. Your spouse & kids can share your license. I would assume you would all be using your computers under the same roof. But your brother next door, your mother 1000 miles away, need their own licenses.
