Chrome Web Store does not allow extensions for downloading YouTube videos

Hi, I bought a license for Video Downloadhelper at July 2025 for Chrome.

Now I see that it is not working on Youtube. When I try to download video I receive a warning:
"Warning on Chrome extensions and YouTube
Unfortunately, the Chrome Web Store does not allow extensions for downloading YouTube videos so we could not include this feature in the Chrome version of the extension.
You can use Video DownloadHelper to download YouTube videos on the Firefox version.”

Is there any way to repair it? Or can I move my license to Firefox version?

Sorry we can't swap licenses.
Chrome and Firefox premium are separate products with different prices and features.
What I can do is refund your Chrome premium so that you can purchase Firefox premium if you want to.
