Choosing where video downloadhelper saves files

Working from a Windows 11 laptop and trying to choose where files are downloaded to, using youtube online instructions and when I don't see a "Download directory" option, whether that be with the video open or not.
How can I choose where files are downloaded?

Hmmmm...... Maybe we need to see some screenshots of what you do get. Understand that GitHub does not allow attachments to E-mails meant as posts in discussions. You must log in here on GitHub in your browser & post the images the old fashioned way.
