What's your issue?

I logged into a website and downloaded a few times, then I got info that to continue I needed to buy a license. I did that, but when I continued, I managed to download a few more files and then I got this message:

Download failed

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!).

When I went to Edge and logged into the same site where I was downloading videos, it turned out that even without the license, with the same account, I was able to download until it again asked me to purchase a license, which I did. I tried to enter my license, but it wasn’t accepted... Then through the forum I realized that the licenses are separated. Since on the same site, with the same login, it allowed me to download videos, I went back to Chrome, but on the same link with the same login I still couldn’t.

What is the problem? I paid, but I cannot use the service... Please give me a solution or refund my money!!!
