Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!).

i've tried turning my computer off and on. i've tried logging out of my X account. i've rechecked my license and companion app. my version is (v2.0.19).

i'm running chrome with the duck duck go extension. help is appreciated thank you!

Works for me on Firefox, no twitter account.
