Hi Thanks for your quick reply. Well when I am on the zoom platform for instance, I was able to download my videos. Now, when I click on the icon which is colored it does not offer any option. It's as if it was not reacting. Does that help ? |

Yes, sorry, there are still issues with zoom platform. |
