How do I resolve this error message appearing? "e.core_media is undefined".

It displays whenever you attempt to download a gallery/link batch from pretty much anywhere.
It appears when you scan a page for media files, usually images - and attempt to download them in batch as "gallery" or "link".

It has been a longstanding issue for the past 2-3 releases and I've seen others reporting the same problem in the past but thus far I haven't seen much other discussion about it.

Correct. I broke that a few months ago. I apologize. That's something I really want to fix, but I'm a little overwhelmed with v9 at the moment. I'll get back to it eventually.

right. We are aware we broke gallery download in v9. Sorry about that. There’s no immediate plan to bring back the feature for now. It’s in our todo list though

I eagerly await the fix. It was extraordinarily useful in specific circumstances and manual workarounds are a pain.
