New dashboard for acme.sh renewal reporting (Certify Dashboard)

We (Certify The Web) now have a work in progress dashboard for acme.sh and certbot users and we are looking for people to participate in testing by submitting your (non-secret) config and logs to us. Please see the forum post for full details especially if you are managing a large number of certificate renewals and need to monitor failures etc.
