Add individual Flag Captured flavor text

Just thought it might be fun if each flag had an optional, custom flavor text that would be printed when you capture it. 

For example, when you capture a flag for a password cracking challenge, it might say something cute like:
"Wow, you must have deep AWS pockets!".

Can also be generalized to giving next step instructions for procedural challenges.
