Add to Google Calendar Event Button Doesn't Set Time Correctly

When the Google Calendar event creation button is clicked on iPhone, it redirects to the GCal app and the window it opens has the correct title and description but the event time is set to the current time rather than the time specified in the event.

Expected Behavior

Event is created for June 10th, 11:00AM

Actual Behavior

Event is created at the current time (rounded up to the next hour)
