v2.49.0 is broken

Sorry to put this here but there's no other method to raise an issue in this repo.

This is an issue in our GitHub Actions but also reproducible by following the steps on https://docs.acquia.com/acquia-cloud-platform/add-ons/acquia-cli/acquia-cli-installation.
When we run acli commands we get /usr/local/bin/acli: line 1: Not: command not found

Can we get the latest phar rolled back or push a fix for this?
