Support for the other platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps)?

Hello all,

I just wanted to express my thanks for this great project. However, we currently use GitHub Actions only sporadically for our projects.

Basically I like the approach very much. Especially regarding the autoscaling, unfortunately no other project offers such a good solution.

Therefore my idea to make a universal runner for all platforms. The functions for this are already partially abstracted.

This is certainly not a small project in terms of effort. First, one would have to abstract the basis further and create customizable interfaces.

But just asked in general, what do you think of the idea? Would you also offer your support? Does this miss the goal of the project too far and would it be better to make a new project and use this only as a dependency?
