ERROR: runnerdeployment Failed to update runnerreplicaset resource

Hi,

We are facing lots of long-queued issues where we might probably have some configuration issue or bug.
We deployed actions-runner-controller v0.27.0 to AKS(v1.23.8).

We have also lots of idle status runners - don't know whether this is related below error but what might be the root cause of this error? According to the suggestion, I can share further details about our configurations.
