Runner Registration issue

I got notified by one of our developers that our Action Runner Set Runners were crash looping. When I went to go look, all of them were crash looping but one.

I was able to grab a snippet from the log events

I went to each runner and just deleted the pod so a new scheduled instance would get stood up and this corrected the problem. What is the proper procedure here in a k8s env? Is there something I should do with our Runners / Controller ever so often to address this?
