Failed to get runner registration token on refresh: invalid key: Key must be a PEM encoded PKCS1 or PKCS8 key

I'm following this guide:
https://docs.github.com/en/actions/hosting-your-own-runners/managing-self-hosted-runners-with-actions-runner-controller/authenticating-to-the-github-api#authenticating-arc-with-a-github-app

I have created and installed the App. To be sure that I don't broke anything with NL, I used kubectl from-file feature, creating the secret like this:

kubectl create secret generic integration-secret \       
--namespace=arc-runners \
--from-file=github_app_id=./github_app_id \
--from-file=github_app_installation_id=./github_app_installation_id \
--from-file=github_app_private_key=./github_app_private_key

Unfortunatelly the listener is informing me all the time that:

2023-12-13T13:58:00Z	INFO	refreshing token	{"githubConfigUrl": "https://github.com/*****"}
2023-12-13T13:58:00Z	INFO	auto_scaler	unable to create message session. Will try again in 30 seconds	{"error": "failed to get runner registration token on refresh: invalid key: Key must be a PEM encoded PKCS1 or PKCS8 key"}

Any ideas?

Nevermind... I reinstalled the whole stack with the same configuration and now it worked...
