golang testcases using testcontainers-go fails in actions-runner-controller but works in github actions.

Oops. It worked with this spec.

Thanks! @mumoshu, isn't this the default behavior for RunnerDeployment now? I'm getting similar errors, but it seems to be that this configuration is already the case.

I think these errors may be outside of actions-runner-controller now given I ran the same actions with ubuntu-latest and received the same results.

Thanks for sharing! I have no idea how this can be a fault in actions-runner-controller yet. Let me move this to Discussions and create another issue after it turned out to be due to a bug in this project.
