[Windows 2022] MongoDB 5.x version will be removed from Windows 2022 image on 2025-09-01 and will be updated to 7.x version. #12640

Breaking changes
MongoDB 5.x will be removed and version 7.x will be added starting on 2025-09-01.
Target date
Image deployment will start on 2025-08-25 and will take 3-4 days
The motivation for the changes
MongoDB will be upgraded to version 7.x. This update provides customers with access to the latest version.
Possible impact
Projects that depend on MongoDB 5.x may not function correctly after the upgrade.
