Bumps [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml) to 4.1.1 and updates ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml) and [xmlbuilder2](https://github.com/oozcitak/xmlbuilder2). These dependencies need to be updated together.
