Missing plus signs "+" in 8.4.1

In section 8.4.1, there are two missing plus signs before "x^n" in (8.4.1) and the preceding (unnumbered) equation.

Both equations have ... \cdots x^n + \cdots ... instead of ... + \cdots x^n + \cdots ...
