actix - bind to virtual interface

Hi,
I'm new in Rust and Actix. I'm going to write simple application with microservices. Services should be seperated and comunicate by network.
How can I bind actix to listen on virtual interface?
Something similar to microservices in OAT++ and this

virtual connections substitute the network transport layer, so that your application logic can stay isolated. And they utilize internal buffers so that there is no network overhead as in case of communicating through the localhost
