What happened?

The test for the menu item to create a new payee is barely legible when there are no prefix matches and the item has been preselected:

It's ok if there are suggestions and so they get the highlight instead of it:

How can we reproduce the issue?

Use mobile transaction editor and type a prefix that doesn't match any existing payees.
