Support for esp-idf without Arduino

Hey There,

I really like your esp32-s3 implementation! I would like to use it in an esp-idf project, but I don't use Arduino there. So I was wondering if you are interested in supporting "plain" esp-idf without Arduino?
I'd be happy to put together a pull request to add support if you are interested :)
