Incorporate pschatzmann's RP2040 UAC support.

Please incorporate Phil Schatzmann's fork into this one.  It is discussed at:  https://www.pschatzmann.ch/home/2024/10/13/tinyusb-audio-on-an-rp2040-in-arduino/#comment-1884

I have had good luck with it, and it would be nice to have it incorporated back into the main line.
