Filter section for Downloads page has manufacturers in fairly small scrollable section

The manufacturers filter section is locked in height, while the features and processor family go to full length (and stacked)
I'd maybe expect the sections to reflow (not processors underneath features), but probably instead just the manufacturers to be a larger section if screen appropriate or the filters section height allows.

Also feel free to just close this as wont-fix, it doesn't matter in my mind until Adafruit slips off the top page / initial view of the manufacturers list.
