Add BananaPi BPI-PicoW-S3 .
Adds support for the BananaPi BPI-PicoW-S3 Boards. Based on esp32s3 chip. With one WS2812 LED, one monochrome LED, one ceramic antenna. Support double-reset to tinyUF2.
