Could you add support for Seeed Studio XIAO nRF54L15?

Hi - the other nRF54L15 support is only under the zephyr-cp port, and is extremely incomplete. It was a test vehicle for nRF under zephyr. When we make more complete implementations under zephyr, we can easily add more boards then.

The zephyr port can build for any board with a zephyr board def. We don't release those until they've been tested though.
